And the house itself boasts superlatives – a generous 93 square meters of living space spread over three floors promises a nature-filled vacation right on the waterfront: The approximately 28-square-meter living, dining, and kitchen area, with a sofa bed and a guest toilet, is located on the ground floor. The master bedroom features a box-spring bed and TV, and there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub on the first floor.
The built-in sauna with views of the beach and the Baltic Sea on the second floor, as well as the wood-burning stove in the studio and an additional TV, create an extra vacation atmosphere, especially outside of peak season! Further features such as the wooden terrace on the ground floor with a beach chair, the balcony off the bedroom, and especially the large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views guarantee an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation.
