Welcome to the "North Sea Oasis" holiday apartment in Büsum!
This holiday apartment for four people was completed in the summer of 2022 and is located in the beautiful North Sea resort, within walking distance of the "Perlebucht" family lagoon.
Each of the two bedrooms features a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200cm), a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe with a mirror. Both bedrooms have pleated blinds for privacy, insect screens, and blackout curtains. One bedroom also includes a small workspace for one person, should you need to bring some work with you on holiday.
The spacious bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, and heated towel rail also features a washer-dryer, storage space, and a hairdryer. For our youngest guests, the bathroom includes a changing table, step stool, and toilet seat.
The cozy and modern living area features a corner sofa with an armchair, a 55" flat-screen TV, a radio, and a soundbar with Bluetooth. A fire in the wood-burning stove adds extra coziness on cold days. The living area flows directly into the dining area with a large solid wood table and comfortable swivel chairs. A small selection of books, board games, and (bicycle) maps are available in the living and dining areas. From the dining area, you can see into the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to an induction cooktop, a built-in oven, a refrigerator-freezer, and a built-in microwave, the kitchen also includes a Miele dishwasher. The kitchen's furnishings demonstrate a great attention to detail. You'll find a wide selection of dishes, kitchen utensils, and glassware. The kitchen also features a filter coffee machine, a Krups Nespresso machine with a milk frother, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, a raclette grill, a hand mixer, a hand blender, and a small selection of baking pans. For the little ones... For guests, the kitchen provides children's tableware and a bottle warmer.
The dining area opens onto a terrace equipped with an electric grill, so you don't have to worry about charcoal or gas cylinders. The terrace also features a large garden table and four garden chairs. Guests are welcome to use the garden. There is a parking space directly in front of the house and another across the street.
Bicycles brought along or rented on-site can be stored in the lockable bicycle shed directly in front of the house.
