The beachfront location will enchant you. The apartment is furnished with great care and taste, instantly creating a true holiday atmosphere. Three small changes in level give the L-shaped house a charming and playful appearance. You enter the house through the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table.
The WC is adjacent to the hallway. A few steps down lead to the inviting living room with a TV, a sofa bed (which easily converts into a 1.40 m wide bed), and French doors leading to the terrace. A few more steps down bring you to a small storage area, with access to the bathroom on the left and the bedroom (double bed) on the right. A washing machine and dryer are provided.
On the east side of Sandbanks, there is a small terrace. From here, you can continue to the main terrace (with a large lounge area and dining table) to the south. The apartment is surrounded by rosehip bushes. The Sandbanks apartment is a terraced bungalow that is part of the well-known Kübis apartments designed by architect Gert Boon.
