The holiday home has a living area of 90m² and is situated on a fenced plot of approximately 450m². The beach is about 400m away. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, a living/dining room with a fireplace and television, and a bedroom with a double bed, suitable for a larger family.
Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as another sitting area with a television and a cot. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and an infrared sauna (heat cabin).
In the garden, there is a swing set and a sandbox for children.
A washing machine is also available.
Suitable for two families traveling together or for families with grandparents.
