The apartment's high-quality, minimalist furnishings create a harmonious contrast to the manor house's overall appearance, for which only natural and regionally typical materials were used (solid wood floors, wooden ceilings in the living room and parlor, and Solnhofen limestone slabs in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway).
