The top-floor apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as a second bedroom with a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area flows into the living room, where a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. From the kitchen, you can access the southwest-facing balcony, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach or exploring the beautiful island of Rügen, and offering a stunning view of Lake Sellin. The bathroom with a shower, double vanity, and window completes the apartment. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented separately. Parking space number 18 in the underground garage is available for your use. An elevator provides direct and convenient access from the ground-level garage to the apartment on the 3rd floor. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. Wi-Fi is provided.
The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest, only about 500 meters from the beach.
