Holiday apartment in Greetsiel with balcony
Near the harbor and town center, in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, is our newly built (2016) first-floor holiday apartment. It features one bedroom, a living room with an open-plan dining/kitchen area, and a shower room. A parking space is reserved for your use in front of the apartment. We also provide two bicycle parking spaces in a dedicated storage room.
Luxuriously furnished, the apartment offers a comfortable ambiance for two people in an attractive setting. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary high-quality appliances.
A staircase leads to the studio on the top floor. This bright, light-filled room features a leather-upholstered recliner and a UHD LED TV for your relaxation.
The southwest-facing balcony is furnished with garden furniture and a large electric awning.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, the comfortable warmth of which is controlled by a thermostat. The studio is equipped with central heating to ensure comfortable temperatures. The windows have electric exterior roller shutters, some of which also include insect screens. A high-quality ventilation system further contributes to a pleasant indoor climate.
