Designed with sustainability in mind, the property features underfloor heating powered by a CO2-neutral pellet system. It stands out by offering two dedicated parking spaces—one at the house and a second in the central lot opposite the lodge, which includes a Type 2 EV charging station (400 V / 11 kW). It serves as a perfect holiday haven for families, friends, and up to two pets, just moments from the expansive Schoorl dunes and the beach.

The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, hand blender, fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso machine. Perfect for guests with limited mobility, this floor hosts a bedroom with a double box-spring bed alongside a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The upper floor contains two additional bedrooms—one with a double box-spring bed and the other with two single box-spring beds, all made up with fresh linens. A luxury family bathroom is also located here, complete with a wonderful rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Outside, doors open to a private terrace within a spacious, sunny garden equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol. The lodge also includes high-speed WiFi and a stair gate for peace of mind.
