Eco-friendly design, warm contemporary furnishings, and a prime coastal location define this beautiful 65 m² Dune Lodge in Schoorl, North Holland. Designed with sustainability in mind, the property is completely gas-free and features underfloor heating powered by a CO2-neutral central wood pellet stove. It serves as a perfect holiday haven for families or friends looking to enjoy the great outdoors, sitting right at the foot of the expansive Schoorl dunes and within easy reach of the beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home.

The bright interior spans two floors. The ground floor opens into a warm living space with a comfortable seating area, smart TV, and dining table. The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, hand blender, fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso machine. Perfect for guests with limited mobility, this floor hosts a bedroom with a double box-spring bed alongside a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The upper floor contains two additional bedrooms—one with a double box-spring bed and the other with two single box-spring beds, all made up with fresh linens. A luxury family bathroom is also located here, complete with a wonderful rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Outside, doors open to a private terrace where you can embrace outdoor living. The space is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a premium Kamado barbecue, which is available for guest use during the seasonal months from April 1 to September 30. The lodge also includes high-speed WiFi, a private parking space, and a stair gate for peace of mind.
