This lovely holiday home is located in the little village of Näs, on the border between Dalsland and Värmland. It is set in scenic surroundings, only 100 metres from lake Västra Silen. The house is set on a dairy farm with 20 cows. It is surrounded by pastures, fields, and woodlands. Chances are you will spot elk, deer, and foxes in the neighbourhood! The house features a light and airy kitchen equipped with a dining table and the basic amenities. Next to the kitchen, there's a spacious living room . The bottom floor also features a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, a bath tub, and a washing machine. On the upper floor you will find another living room and another bedroom with two beds. There's another two beds in the annex, 10 metres from the main building. The owner appreciates advance notice if you wish to use the annex. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and lake Västra Silen is only 100 metres away. A rowing boat is included in the rent. Why not go for a fishing trip, the lake is well known for it's excellent fishing water, with pike, bass, and salmon. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit! The beautiful nature reserve Glasskogsreservatet is only 40 kilometres away. There's a golf course about 15 kilometres from the house. The Norwegian border is only 40 kilometres away. Welcome to Näs!

Niet te ver van Karlstad Luchthaven, deze locatie is perfect voor het verkennen van de regio, We maakten een dagtrip naar Glasskogsreservatet, dat was stunning, Zou het zeker aanbevelen!
Perfekt für Familienfeiern, Der große Garten kam bei den Kindern gut an, und wir genossen es, gemeinsam in der Küche zu kochen, Wir haben hier fantastische Erinnerungen gemacht,
Mijn gezin en ik hebben hier een geweldige week genoten, Het huis is gezellig en heeft een rustieke charme, De kinderen vonden het fantastisch om in de tuin te spelen en het nabijgelegen meer was een hit om te vissen, Een paar kleine onderhoudsproblemen, maar niets dat ons verblijf beïnvloedde,
Geweldige locatie voor buitenliefhebbers! We hebben onze dagen doorgebracht met wandelen en vissen, en 's avonds genoten in de ruime woonkamer, De gastvrijheid van de eigenaar liet ons ons meteen thuis voelen, Zou het aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een vredige retraite,
Ons verblijf in dit vakantiehuis was absoluut heerlijk! De locatie is prachtig, op een korte loopafstand van het mooie meer Västra Silen, We hebben onze dagen doorgebracht met vissen en picknicken in de prachtige tuin, die perfect is om te ontspannen, Het huis zelf is ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf, De gezellige woonkamer en luchtige keuken maakten het een thuis weg van huis, We hebben zelfs de kans gehad om wat wilde dieren te spotten, wat een leuk detail was, Dit is een geweldige plek voor gezinnen of groepen die willen ontsnappen aan de drukte!
Dit vakantiehuis in Näs is een verborgen parel! Het is zo dicht bij het meer, wat het vissen gemakkelijk maakte, De inbegrepen roeiboot was een fantastische bonus, De slaapkamers waren comfortabel, en we waardeerden de extra ruimte in de aanbouw voor onze kinderen, Zeker een aanrader!
