Description
Cottage overlooking water and lake, one of the best locations in the area. The house is an end house, which also provides peace and quiet. On the 1st floor there is a balcony overlooking the area. Large, bright dining / living room with direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player and radio. Large, well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave and extractor hood. Three bright bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the 1st floor, where from one there is access to a balcony overlooking the area. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a whirlpool for 2 people and a sauna for 6 people. The bathroom also has underfloor heating, shower, washer and dryer. The common area also offers a playground, beach volleyball, football field and large common lawns with plenty of space for play. Free access to tennis court. Not for rent to youth groups.

The facilities and the fact that it is only a short walk from the sea
The house has a great terrace with a view of the greenery, it is only a 5-minute walk to the sea and it is located in a very clean and well-kept holiday home complex. A ground-floor bedroom is particularly pleasant for seniors who are traveling with you. The kitchen is very well equipped, there were enough cushions for the patio furniture. There are games and DVDs available. We felt very comfortable.
