Außerdem separater Annex auf dem Grundstück mit einem weiteren Doppelbett. Auf dem Grundstück findet man im Freien ein Trampolin für die Kinder (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko). Die Lage ist attraktiv, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in der Nähe. Die historische Kleinstadt Ebeltoft, wo es unzählige Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt, ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
