Townhouse in Frederikshavn located close to shopping, forest and the sea, Arena Nord and Frederikshavn harbor. The house is a classic, modernized villa and consists on the ground floor of a large kitchen / living room, living room, entrance with washing area and bathroom. On the 1st floor there are two good rooms in a large double bedroom with exposed beams and a slightly smaller double room with good closet space. Adjacent to the villa you will find an annex with its own entrance with the third room with double bed. The villa is modernly decorated with bright colors throughout. The enclosed patio environment is top notch and you can enjoy the summer evenings from a fantastic terrace. Parking for one car. If there are several cars, they must stay a little away, as parking is not allowed on the road, in front of the house. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
