Description
Bright and well-kept cottage located between sea and fjord on an open and slightly hilly dune plot near the North Sea in quiet and child-friendly surroundings. There is plenty of space in the 90 m & # 178; large house with open kitchen to the living room so the whole family can be gathered around cooking and enjoying themselves in the living room and being close to nature. In the kitchen there are i.a. microwave and refrigerator with 30 liter separate freezer. Living room is well furnished and has wood burning stove, TV with satellite dish, DVD player and stereo with CD player. There is a heat pump, so you can save on energy consumption. There are two double bedrooms with box spring mattresses and a room with two single beds. Bright bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. Between the 2 departments there is an open, screened terrace with garden furniture. For the little ones there is a high chair and a cot. There is swing and sandbox grounds. There is a water ski run with cable pull and surf spot less than 3 km from the house. Not for rent to youth groups.
