The style is modern and functional with three bedrooms with good beds and closet space. Large, well-equipped bathroom with sauna, whirlpool with space for 2 people, shower and washer and dryer. There are terraces around the house where there is plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around. The house is equipped with an outdoor showers that can be used all year round. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and swing. Nearby you will also find i.a. summer open grocery store, café, lovely playground and Bratten's bathing jetty with wheelchair access. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
