The house has three bedrooms, all with double beds, providing ample space for both family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, making it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to dinner. The bathroom is simple and functional with a shower and toilet, and after a trip to the beach, you can rinse off the salt water under the outdoor shower. Outside, the garden offers a natural setting with space for play, relaxation and shared meals. Here you will find several cosy corners – garden furniture, a charcoal grill and, last but not least, an outdoor kitchen, which makes summer dining an experience in itself. The tool shed has a washing machine and air fryer for free use, and the carport has both a power socket and a 220 V outlet. With both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, the house is suitable for stays in several seasons, and the area around Trend is known for its peaceful atmosphere, good swimming opportunities and beautiful nature trails.
