With its deep fjords, mountains, and valleys, Osterøy has been described as a "Norway in miniature". The holiday home offers a quiet and peaceful location with only a short way to Bergen and everything a big city can offer. Day trips to Voss, Hardanger, and Flåm from Bergen. Great opportunities for mountain hikes on Osterøy, and if you are interested in culture, you can visit Ole Bull's holiday home on Valestrand, Osterøy Museum, and the medieval church in Hamre. Loneelva is located about 4 km from the holiday home, with salmon up to 2 kg and sea trout up to 1 kg.
