Description
A pleasant and well-maintained holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The plot is spacious and partly protected from view next to a green area. A perfect choice for the small family. From the entrance via the conservatory there is a small hall and in the left part of the cottage there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. In the center of the house is an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The spacious living room has comfortable seating, TV (Allente) and a wood stove for the slightly chilly evenings. From here there is an exit to the patio at the back of the cottage. From here you have a clear view of a green area. There is also a laundry room attached to the cottage. The glazed conservatory gives the cool summer evenings an extra pleasant feeling. The front of the plot is shaded by green trees and everything is enclosed with a fence and gate. Perfect for families with children. There is room for all the family's activities and there is access to both outdoor and indoor games (small soccer goal, block games, puzzles, games, etc.). There are also two adult bikes and two children's bikes etc. to borrow. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis padel and mingolf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.

We hadden een fantastische verblijf in dit vakantiehuis in Mellbystrand! De nabijheid van het langste zwemstrand van Zweden was een grote plus voor onze familie, vooral met de kinderen, Het huis zelf was schoon en ruim, met een gezellige woonkamer waar we graag 's avonds samenkwamen, Het buitengebied was goed onderhouden, en de kinderen genoten van het speeltoestel terwijl wij op het terras ontspanden, We waardeerden ook dat er fietsen beschikbaar waren om de omgeving te verkennen, Hoogst aanbevolen voor gezinsuitjes!
Wat en deilig skatt i Mellbystrand! Huset voelde als een thuis weg van huis, met charmante decoratie en veel ruimte voor onze groep van zes, We genoten vooral van de overdekte serre op koelere avonden, terwijl we warme chocolademelk dronken en naar de regen buiten keken, De tuinen waren vredig en het nabijgelegen natuurreservat was perfect voor onze ochtendwandelingen, De gastheren waren zeer gastvrij en lieten ons ons welkom voelen, We plannen ons volgende bezoek al!
Ondanks dat we de gezellige sfeer hier geweldig vonden, De achtertuin is perfect om lekker te ontspannen, en het strand is slechts een wandeling verwijderd, Alles voelde schoon en goed onderhouden, We hebben het geweldig gehad met de familie met spelletjes en genoten van de buitenopstelling, 10/10 zou aanbevelen!
Fantastische locatie! We waren slechts een paar stappen verwijderd van het langste zwemstrand van Zweden, wat perfect was voor onze familie, De kinderen vonden het geweldig om in de omgeving te fietsen, en wij genoten van de rustige groene omgeving, Het huis zelf was goed onderhouden en had alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen,
Comfortable and well-equipped cottage, The wood stove made chilly evenings cozy, and the conservatory was a delightful bonus,
The garden was a great space for kids to play, and the bikes available for borrowing were a nice touch, Enjoyed our stay!
