Description
This cottage has a fantastic location in Kysing Næs, located on the plot so it is always possible to find an area with shelter. The cottage is so close to the water that you can hear it. The house is continuously renovated and is practically furnished with 3 good bedrooms and living room in direct connection with the kitchen. The living room is equipped with skylights that provide great light throughout the house. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace, where summer evenings can be enjoyed, an obvious place for a cozy barbecue evening. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The house and the furnishings are in good condition, everything is well maintained and the facilities are very good, the location is about 100 m from the sea, excellent and also suitable for dogs, there are unfortunately only 3 German TV channels but in the digital age, WiFi is available, it is not a problem
The property had a charming feel to it, We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to the beach, The owner was friendly and made us feel at home,
