Holiday home with personal decor, large bright rooms and a completely secluded south-facing solarium located on a large, common dune plot in Rødhus. From the cottage there are via paths only approx. 600 meters to the wide sandy beaches and the North Sea. The house is furnished with living room in open connection with the kitchen. Two bedrooms one of which has a double bed and the other is a real family room with a double bed and 2 berths. Large bathroom. The incidence of light is due to the large windows at the very top, so the living room appears bright and appealing. There is a wood burning stove for both cosiness and cheap heating. Small, covered terrace and 100 m & # 178; large, south-facing solarium. The plot is a common, hilly dune plot, which borders directly on the beach at Rødhus. In the area there is a common playground with trampolines, ball field, swings, sandpit and slide. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
