This holiday home is located close to one of Northern Europe’s best beaches, stretching for miles with fine white sand. The living room features a wood-burning stove, TV, and dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious holiday meals or playing games together. There are three bedrooms in total, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. The house is equipped with both a wood-burning stove and a heat pump for energy efficiency and comfort. Outside, children can enjoy the swings, while the terrace offers plenty of space to soak up the sun. In the evening, you can move to the covered part of the terrace, fire up the grill, and create a cozy atmosphere around the outdoor fireplace. The property is not rented to youth groups. If you have more than one car, an additional parking space is available at path 27, which must be used.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
