A newly renovated holiday home (2018) with sea views and walking distance to the sea. The cottage is located in a small cottage area. The plot is generous and child friendly. Enjoy wonderful summer days and evenings overlooking the salt-sprinkled sea. After a short walk along the sea you come to a larger public bathing area with a small summer shop. Proximity to both Falkenberg and Varberg. The cottage is located at the end of the small road down to the sea. From the entrance you have a bathroom with both shower and washing machine and dryer. To the right is a larger bedroom with a double bed. The heart of the house is the spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area. Here is the living room with fireplace, comfortable seating and a modern TV. Throughout the house there is mobile broadband and free wifi. There are two smaller bedrooms with bunk beds (in one bedroom the lower bed is 120cm). From the living room you come out to a glazed conservatory. Here you enjoy a little cooler evenings and have a wonderful view of the sea. With entrance from the outside on the gable of the house there is an extra toilet with shower. The plot is spacious and child friendly. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as a sandbox for the children. It is possible to swim in the shallow bay below the cottage. There are also several places that are bird sanctuaries. Nearby is Björkängs Camping, where there is a large sandy beach. It is close to a small summer shop, kiosk, dining and mini golf. Beach volleyball nets are available on the beach and there is also a demarcated area especially for kitesurfing. Within easy reach you have Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor, restaurant, pizzeria, fast food, mini golf and the very well-attended ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people are happy to stand in line to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down into the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Varbergs Gk. The cottage is not rented to youth groups. Towels are included when booking bed linen.

The house is very well furnished, the location is quiet and the garden is very beautiful,
The house is in a very quiet location with a view of the Baltic Sea, supermarkets and restaurants can only be reached by car, If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you, We liked the location ourselves, / / Unfortunately, the house was very expensive in terms of heating, Firstly, there is only electric heating and leaky windows where you could almost stick your little finger through, The fireplace was also difficult to get going, Smoke came in twice, directly from the fireplace, even though everything was set correctly, / / Other, uncomfortable beds, no kettle and generally a bit small, / The payment of the deposit at the house is also a bit misleading, We thought that someone would be waiting for us when we arrived because it said in the description that the deposit was to be paid at the house, But nobody came, We tried to go to the DanCenter office in Falkenberg, This doesn't seem to exist anymore, In the end we left the deposit in the house together with the bill for electricity, It remains to be seen whether and how the difference will be refunded here,
Cozy, modern, very clean house. The house is in a fantastic location with a view of the sea, right next to the bird reserve. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had cozy evenings by the fireplace.
Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Lage
We were thrilled as soon as we entered the house. The bright, modern furnishings. The large windows that allow a view of the Kattegat. The green branches in the vases on the table and fireplace rounded off this impression. The winter garden with dining area and view of the sea is a dream in particular. When it was stormy and raining, we made ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The shower room is new and also includes a washing machine and dryer. / We were here with three generations and were able to make good use of the three bedrooms. / The property is very well maintained and the children immediately took over the large trampoline. / The location directly on the Utterus nature reserve is simply wonderful, pure nature, birdsong and the sound of the waves. / The nearest beach with a large parking lot and beautiful dunes is 1 km away. Varberg is absolutely worth a trip with its culture and beach. / The small town of Träslövsläge has a lot to offer not only for surfers and ice cream lovers, / Very friendly and nice contact with the landlord, / We would have loved to come back in the summer,
The surroundings, the nature, the garden room, the facilities, / We were a little bothered by a robotic lawnmower that - a bit unnecessary we think - ran at least 3 times a day,
