270° unobstructed views of the harbor, sea, archipelago, and horizon. For swimming, just a few steps down the cliffs on the property to the large bathing platform. On cooler days, warm up in your own sauna or by the cozy wood-burning stove. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped; the stove is old and small but reliable, and there's no dishwasher. Instead, you'll find everything you need for good cooking and enjoyment.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, and a loft. On the 5,000 m² natural grounds and the terraces surrounding the house, you'll always find a sunny or shady spot. There's also a small lawn for swinging, playing football, boules, or table tennis. The shed contains all sorts of equipment, old bicycles, new paddleboats, and fishing gear. Crabs, prawns, or lobsters are best bought directly from the fishing boat in the harbor (100 m). And sometimes on Friday or Saturday evenings, there's live music from local bands at Lerkilsbaren, a simple bar with a restaurant and rooftop terrace (50 m).
