The house is located in the village center of Castellina Marittima (PI), where a grocery store, butcher shop, bakery, wine bar, restaurant, ATM, pharmacy, electric vehicle charging station, and bicycle rental are all within easy reach. It's a very popular area for cycling.
The house has three floors.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and other standard kitchen appliances, as well as a guest toilet and washing machine.
On the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 m) and a built-in wardrobe.
On the second floor, there is a large living/bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.80 m), a freestanding bathtub, a writing desk for light office work, and a TV with satellite reception (including German channels).
There is also a small storage room for suitcases and clothes.
In front of the house, there is a small terrace with a stone table.
Opposite, a large garden (1000 m2) with various sun loungers, parasol, private parking, and a barbecue.
And a barbecue grill.
