Spend an unforgettable and relaxing holiday in our thatched-roof semi-detached house. The 110 sq m house is furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers space for up to 6 people – ideal accommodation for larger families, couples traveling together with children, or of course, for smaller families who simply want more space.
On the ground floor, you will find the light-filled living/dining room. Here you can spend relaxing evenings on the comfortable sofas while the wood-burning stove crackles softly. In the evenings, you can play a board game with the family, read a book from the bookcase, or enjoy one of the DVDs/Blu-rays on the large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player. Of course, fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house, for example, for streaming.
In the dining room, you will find ample space at the spacious dining table for a delicious dinner prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and coffee maker. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds (bedroom 1 has a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, and bedroom 2 has a 1.80 x 2.10 m bed). Each bedroom has its own TV and a small stereo system. Another bedroom is located in the attic, which has two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a TV.
Both bathrooms (ground floor and first floor) have underfloor heating, a towel warmer, a spacious shower, a sink, and a toilet. Our wonderful sauna is located in the ground floor bathroom. You can relax here for €2.00. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room, both also available for €2.00. A high chair and a travel cot with a mattress are available free of charge upon request. The entire house has cork flooring with a wood-look finish or tiles.
Our spacious Darß-style veranda, accessible from the living/dining room, awaits you with a garden table and six chairs, as well as a beach chair. Your children can play in the large, private garden with its lawn until dinner, prepared in the excellent kitchen, is ready. Breakfast is served on the entrance terrace. The house includes two parking spaces and a private storage shed. An electric vehicle charging station with a Type 2 connector is also available.
