Following a comprehensive renovation and new furnishings in 2025, this tastefully designed ground-floor apartment presents itself as your ideal home away from home – directly on the fine sandy beach of Binz. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the relaxed holiday atmosphere on the coast.

The spacious living/sleeping area impresses with its stylish furnishings. Amenities include a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a telephone connection (activated for calls to German landlines), and a comfortable dining area. The comfortable sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m) can accommodate two children or one adult. From the living area and the furnished balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a large wardrobe, and an additional TV. A cot and highchair are available upon request for a fee.

The small kitchenette is located separately in the apartment's hallway and is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, two-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and cutlery are provided – perfect for self-catering.

A small storage room offers space for suitcases and other belongings.
The modern bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, a sink, and a toilet.

A private parking space is available free of charge directly at the building. Bicycles can be securely stored in the bicycle storage room. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available for communal use in the building.
