The Roßkamp House is located at Hindenburgstraße 50. Built in 1928 as a combined residence and guest house, it was situated on the edge of town, hence its original name, "Haus Wiesenblick" (House Meadow View). Today, the house is surrounded by more open buildings. A small grocery store is nearby. The town center, train station, and the promenade with the North Beach in front of it are just a few hundred meters away. The bus stop for excursions to the eastern part of the island or for arrival and departure is practically on the doorstep.
The approximately 60 sq m (650 sq ft) holiday apartment, freshly renovated in early 2023, is located on the first floor and furnished with great attention to detail.
It features a cozy eat-in kitchen with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large dining table. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is a living room with a sofa bed. The west-facing roof terrace, offering a view of the new lighthouse, is a beautiful feature.
The apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard.
