The spacious ground floor, which includes a tastefully and comfortably furnished living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, offers direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The private pool and outdoor shower provide refreshing relief on warm summer days. Also located on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room. The first floor offers three further double bedrooms with balconies and terraces, two of which boast direct sea views.
