The holiday apartment is located on the top floor. The west-facing balcony offers a fantastic view of the magnificent Alpine panorama and the surrounding countryside.
A house is being built on the neighboring property until approximately May.
Completion is expected around May 2025, but only occasional noise disturbances are anticipated.
Your car and (e-)bike will also find parking here.
The town center with its shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as the train station, can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
The wonderful Chiemgau Therme spa is only about a 5-minute drive away ... Public transport (MVV) is free within the Prien-Rosenheim area and is valid as far as Munich (including train travel).
Enjoy the beautiful Chiemgau landscape during the colder months. Each apartment features a cozy wood-burning stove (wood included).
The supermarket and bakery with fresh pastries are about a 5-minute walk away.
The town center with the tourist information office, train station, and several shops, restaurants, and cafés is about a 10-minute walk.
