Our "Luxury Country House Friederike" is situated between a golf course and the Baltic Sea, right next to the Hohwacht beech forest.
The villa is bathed in sunshine, and even in rainy weather during spring and summer, you can spend your days and evenings in comfort and dryness behind the pillars beneath the balcony. In autumn and winter, the cozy warmth of the flickering fireplace ensures your well-being.
The house is lovingly, colorfully, and exclusively furnished.
From the sauna and the downstairs bedroom, you have direct access to the garden. From the east-facing balcony, you can observe the forest life, often spotting deer and foxes, hearing herons fighting over their nests, and watching the migration of wild birds.
