Description
This cottage in Grønninghoved with whirlpool and sauna offers a peaceful location at the end of a road, surrounded by forest and nature and in addition there are views to the water and maps to the beach. The heart of the cottage is the open kitchen-dining room with views of the Little Belt everywhere. The kitchen has a half wall between the dining areas and the sofa area and can thus still be perceived as separate. In the house there are all technical aids such as washing machine, dryer, heat pump, washing machine and a large 87 liter freezer. The house is also equipped with international TV channels and 300/300 Mbit internet connection. There is over 80 m2 of terrace area, of which 10 m2 are covered. There are terraces against all corners of the world and tiling all the way around the house. The evening sun can also be enjoyed from the terrace facing west with barbecue. After dinner, a game of petanque awaits, which can be found in the shed of the house. With approx. 150 meters to the water you must remember the trips to the water. The beach in Grønninghoved is also known for being very child - friendly. In the shed, the homeowner has provided buckets and shovels that the little ones can use on the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
