Description
Holiday cottage in 1st row to the beach on an approx. 2700 m² large beach plot just 90 m from the Limfjorden. Bright decor with combined kitchen and living room. There is a wood-burning stove for a cold evening. TV with international channels, stereo system with CD player and internet. Access to the conservatory from the living room and on to the terrace. 3 bedrooms and an extra room with a single bed and a small hall with a table with basin adjacent to the garage. Great view of the Limfjorden from both house and plot. Large terraces and many good nooks where you can enjoy the view while the sun sets. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).

Very good access to the fjord and very good beach. Layout of the house very suitable for us. separate mode
We were pleasantly surprised by the property and the surroundings, the accommodation was very clean and tidy, the lake was a 3-minute walk away and the sandy beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, a small supermarket can also be reached within 10 minutes, we were very satisfied with the overall package and would recommend it to anyone,
