Casa Apricot is a peaceful country house in the quiet village of Bokordići, near the historic town of Svetvinčenat in Istria, Croatia. Surrounded by a fenced Mediterranean garden, the property offers complete privacy and relaxation, yet is close to popular coastal destinations such as Rovinj, Pula, and Fažana – all within a 30-minute drive. The shops and restaurants of Svetvinčenat are just 5 minutes away.
The villa accommodates up to four guests and consists of a main house and a separate annex. It is therefore ideal for couples or small groups who value comfort and privacy. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen with a small refrigerator and dishwasher, a living area with a sofa and TV, a double bedroom upstairs with a sofa and TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The annex also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a medium-sized refrigerator (no dishwasher), a double bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms and kitchens are air-conditioned. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a safe.
Outdoor living is equally inviting, with a private 8 x 4 m swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered dining area, and a built-in barbecue. The property is fenced and includes private parking. Casa Apricot is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets. Guest requirements are subject to the host's terms and conditions. It is the perfect base for exploring Istria while enjoying the tranquility of the rural setting.
Casa Apricot is a pet-friendly villa, allowing a maximum of two pets. The pet fee of €10 per pet per day is not included in the final price and must be paid on-site upon arrival.
