Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a picturesque and peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac, just 200 meters from the Achterwasser lagoon. The open sea – you can almost hear it – is easily accessible on foot (to save you the hassle of carrying your beach gear, we provide a handcart in the garden shed).
In the new thatched-roof house, you'll find a spacious, comfortable living room with a dining area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, and much more). Outside the living/dining room, you can dine on comfortable garden furniture on one of the two large terraces and sunbathe on loungers in the 691 m² garden.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The entire house features underfloor heating.
