The holiday cottage consists of a single, slightly divided room with a sleeping area and a well-equipped kitchen-living room (as well as a toilet). The terrace surrounds it on three sides.
The living space opens onto the covered part of the terrace, extending the living area outdoors. There is an outdoor shower with morning sun on the terrace, and a shaded garden area with a barbecue and granite dining table.
Views of diverse natural landscapes and the sea to the southeast, with Giglio and Monte Argentario (mainland).
