Your holiday apartment is located in the basement of an apartment building on the northern shore of the Großer Pönitzer See (Lake Pönitz). On the cozy, south-facing terrace, you can leave everyday life behind and catch a glimpse of the lake. Barbecuing is permitted here (grill provided). Please note: The garden is accessed via 5 steps (not standard), and the lake is 40m away.

The apartment has been furnished with attention to detail by the hosts. In the small hallway, there is a chest of drawers, mirror, wardrobe, and a small bench for putting on and taking off shoes.

The living area, like the entire apartment, is modernly furnished. A 55-inch flat-screen TV is integrated into the wall unit, providing entertainment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The corner sofa is perfect for cozy evenings together, even during the cooler months. It can also be converted into a bed for a third person (up to 12 years old).

The open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the sofa. It is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and many other cooking utensils.

The tiled bathroom features a shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and hairdryer. A washing machine is also available.
The apartment includes a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), chest of drawers, clothes rack, and an additional 40-inch flat-screen TV.

One parking space per apartment is provided free of charge. Bicycles can be stored on the terrace, which has its own ramp along the steps. A linen package including bed linen, one bath towel, and one hand towel is provided.

The hotel's sauna is available for your use (1 euro per 15 minutes).
A complimentary beach chair is reserved for you at beach entrance 28 in Scharbeutz.
