The "Almküche" (Alpine-style kitchen) is a little gem of the apartment, carefully modernized and equipped with all the usual kitchen utensils. The cozy "Kuschel-Alm" (cozy alpine-style room) has a 140 x 200 cm sleeping area and is decorated with a starry sky and plenty of romance. It's also ideal as an additional and comfortable bedroom. The modern, naturally lit bathroom with an extra-large rain shower can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room. Adjoining the cozy bedroom, furnished with solid wood carpentry, is the modern infrared sauna. Perfect for feeling good, relaxing, enjoying, and experiencing a touch of romance. You can relax or barbecue by the small stream in the outdoor area. Five bus lines run in all directions from the bus stop just 350 meters away, and you can use them FREE OF CHARGE with our guest card. Bring your bicycle or e-bike. The building housing the "STEINBÖCKCHEN" holiday apartment was purchased in 2025 by the Pfnür family (Traum-Chalet guest rentals) and completely renovated. All floors, bathrooms, furnishings, energy systems, infrared sauna, and outdoor area are state-of-the-art.
I, Alexander Pfnür, live in the house and am your host. The house is located in a small residential area near the Watzmann Therme spa and is the upper half of a semi-detached house facing the natural surroundings.
