The villa offers 110 m² of total living space, including 76 m² of living area for up to 4 people, with a bright living room and panoramic sea views, two elegant bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. Relax by the private, heated pool or in the exclusive Jacuzzi and enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning, heating, and a cozy fireplace.
High-speed fiber optic internet, smart TVs (Fire OS) in every room, and an optional home office space make Casa Feliz ideal for holidays or extended stays.
Burriana Beach is a 15-minute walk or easily accessible by local bus. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Guests also have access to Nerja's largest communal pool complex, complete with waterfalls and panoramic views (April–October).
Casa Feliz was built in 1986 and completely renovated, modernized, and refurnished in 2025 by its owners, Sandy and Daniel, from North Rhine-Westphalia, with meticulous attention to detail. The house is not an anonymous investment property, but their very own passion project – designed with the idea of creating a place where you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
