Freshly and extensively renovated in 2025, this light-filled oasis of well-being with a partial sea view awaits you on the first floor of a very well-maintained apartment building. The apartment's high-quality furnishings and amenities ensure a high standard of living, allowing you to enjoy your well-deserved Baltic Sea holiday in a beautiful setting. The bright living area features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a lovely dining area with ample space for shared meals and cozy get-togethers. The new, fully equipped, integrated kitchen includes a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction cooktop, freezer, and much more. The partially covered balcony spans the entire width of the apartment and offers both a lovely view of the surrounding greenery and a wonderful side view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the late afternoon and unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. There are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm) and a TV. The larger bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), TV, blackout blinds, and a wardrobe with ample storage space. The smaller, interior bedroom also has a box-spring bed (160x200 cm), TV, and a small wardrobe. It has a tilt-and-turn window opening onto the living area, which is fitted with a blackout blind. The modern, recently renovated bathroom with shower is spacious and includes a towel warmer and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
A dedicated parking space is located directly at the building. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the bicycle storage room. There are additional bicycle parking spaces on the property, including outdoors. The building has an elevator.
