Description
The fully restored holiday home is located amidst a large garden with lemon and orange trees. Surrounding the house are parking spaces, lawns, a large veranda, and a barbecue terrace with sea views and ample outdoor furniture.
The holiday home, whose ground floor is also accessible for people with disabilities, offers a kitchen-dining room (granite countertops, German coffee machine available upon request), a bedroom with a TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom.
A staircase, accessible from both the outside and inside, leads to the upper floor, which was completely renovated in 2015: two cozy bedrooms (one with a TV, one with an extra bed if needed) with air conditioning and a bathroom (shower cabin).
The furnishings are very loving and extensive.
