For a moment of pure coziness, retreat to the wood-burning stove in the living room or the smaller wood-burning stove in the study. From the panoramic, glass-enclosed living room, you can enjoy views of the forest and the pool, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a carefree stay.
The villa features five bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a bathroom with a bathtub in the master bedroom, and three additional toilets. Air conditioning in all bedrooms on the first floor and in the panoramic living room ensures pleasant cooling on warm summer days.
Children will find their own paradise in the playroom, filled with books, games, and even a home cinema option. Outside, they can play table tennis, archery, or romp around in the large garden with its old fruit trees, which leads directly into the forest through a gate. The two terraces (one covered and one open-air) invite you to relax and enjoy the magnificent views. A spacious storage room is available for bicycles or other equipment.

For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski resort with a lift is only about 35 minutes away, and when there's enough snow, you can even cross-country ski right from the house.
