Holiday apartment with terrace

"When I see the lake, I don't need the sea anymore!"

This sentence can only be uttered with enthusiasm when watching the sailboats on the lake from the terrace during the day or enjoying the breathtaking sunset in the evening. Our holiday home is located in a small village on a 2500 m² lakefront property with its own natural beach and boat dock. Despite being on the lower ground floor, the non-smoking apartment is bright and welcoming and offers the advantage of direct access to the lake. It is 105 m² in size. Two bedrooms, each for two people, a large living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and one bathroom provide ample space for 2-4 people. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Self-catering is enjoyable, but eating out is also affordable. Satellite TV with many German channels is provided. The terrace is furnished with chairs with cushions, a table, and a parasol. A lounge and a shower room next door are available for shared use. Adjacent to the lounge on the lake side is a large terrace with barbecue facilities. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are available for our guests. Feel free to also enjoy our lawn with sun loungers, cushions, and a lovely swing. You can seek the company of other vacationers, but there are also plenty of secluded spots to enjoy the peace and quiet undisturbed. A campfire area by the lake is also available for use. The laundry room in the house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer (both for a fee), as well as an ironing board and iron. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Bed linens can be provided for a fee; however, towels are not available for organizational reasons. Several bicycles, a rowboat, a kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) are available and may be used free of charge.
