De Hanze 10 is a luxurious apartment suitable for up to 10 people. The apartment consists of three floors and has a large terrace and garden on the ground floor. There are also three bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. Each bedroom has two single box-spring beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where the bright living room with sliding doors to the terrace is located. The living room has a large dining table, a seating area with a smart TV, and a modern, open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. A staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Outside, there is plenty of space for the whole group to enjoy the view, as well as a barbecue. Wi-Fi is free of charge.
Please note: Apartment 258 only has two bathrooms. One apartment on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. A maximum of two cars are allowed in the parking area, so you will receive two access cards. These two cars can be parked near the house. If you arrive with more than two cars, you must park the remaining cars in the parking area at the main building. Please note that not all apartments are directly on the waterfront. To ensure that your apartment is directly on the waterfront, you can add your preferred location to your booking for an additional fee. We may add a security deposit to your booking up until the day of your arrival.
