This cozy, non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor at the front of the Seestein holiday home and features a terrace of approximately 20 square meters. A bedroom for 2-3 people with a double bed and a high-quality sleeper chair, and a living/dining area with a comfortable double sofa bed, are complemented by a separate, fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room with WC, and a separate hallway with a wardrobe.
The approximately 800-square-meter garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing and playing. A bicycle shelter is located at the edge of the garden. At the rear, there is a garden house furnished with teak furniture, perfect for relaxing even in bad weather. Next to the garden house, there is a furnished terrace, sun loungers, and a swing.
These amenities, as well as the parking spaces in front of the house, are available to all guests!
The daily rate includes heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and hand and dish towels.
