Great holiday home with private sandy beach and fantastic views of the Bøfjord. Final cleaning included in the price. Perfect for family and friends. Not rented out to groups for fishing! The ground floor was modernized in 2022. Large dining table and wood burning stove in the combined dining room with kitchen area, large windows and good sea views. German, Norwegian, and international TV channels via fiber and smart TV. Internet for streaming, 500 Mbits. Two bedrooms with double bed, one also has a bunk bed for 2 people. The rest of the bedrooms have twin beds. Laundry room downstairs. Outside the holiday home there is a wood-fired hot tub, and from the holiday home and the hot tub a path / plating of wood down to the sea has been built. 10 km to Fosnavåg with shopping center and restaurant. 7 km to the nearest grocery store. The area offers great mountain hiking terrain. 1–4-hour mountain hikes with fantastic views: Round with Norway's largest colony of puffins Solia on Gurskøy and Muletua on Nerlandsøya. Day trips: Ålesund - Jugendbyen by the sea, 1.5 hours, and 2-3 hours to Geiranger, Trollstigen, «Rosenes by» Molde and Vestkapp - Norway's westernmost point. Indoor filleting bench with light and running water. Distance to the boat 200 m. Boat for rent: 1x 21 feet, Øyen 620F with 60 HP Suzuki, GPS / chart plotter, echo sounder and 8 pole holders. (On the engine cover, it says 50 HP, but the engine has been trimmed to 60-65 HP). Great sea fishing.

We had a fantastic experience fishing from the nearby sea, The boat rental was straightforward and added so much fun to our trip!
Not far from Ålesund, we took a day trip to explore the city, The holiday home made for a great base to return to after our adventures,
