Live in scenically beautiful surroundings with your own swimming area and a view of the beautiful pond. The private location of the house gives you the opportunity to really enjoy the peace and quiet. At Lillesjön, which is 360m away, there is a private bathing jetty where you can enjoy wonderful holiday days. Two rowing boats are available so you can explore the lake or perhaps go fishing. You can also swim in the pond, which is 80m from the house. There is also outdoor furniture by the pond where you can enjoy the view up close. In the large garden there is outdoor furniture under the pergola. There is also a beautiful elevated part of the garden where there is a dining area with a nice view. The house has a large, nice kitchen with a dining area. There are large social areas in the dining room and the large living room with a sofa and TV. There is also a smaller glass-enclosed conservatory with a dining area for 4 people. It is not allowed to burn in a wood-burning stove or stoves. A steep staircase takes you up to the upper floor where the three bedrooms are located. In the first bedroom there are two single beds. In the second bedroom there is a double bed. In the third bedroom there is a double bed and two single beds where one bed is 120cm wide. Note that bedroom two is a walk-through room to get to bedroom three. There is only one bathroom, Bring your own sheets and towels. The house is be thoroughly cleaned by guests before check-out. Not allowed to charge electric cars. There is a barn and another house on the plot, but these are not used so you have the whole plot to yourself. As the house is located in the countryside there is a low electric wire fence that is easy to step over or open. It is open down towards the pond, so only when you are going towards the lake do you need to open or step over this. It is not far to Högsby where you have restaurants and shops. Gösjön has a nice popular swimming spot with a simple beach restaurant, ice cream kiosk and diving tower. More Kastell, also called Småland's Grand Canyon with its 8km long ravine, is well worth a visit. At the Aboda Klint nature reserve there is a beautiful viewpoint and restaurant. There are two popular cafes in Berga. Älgpark is in Målilla. It is also close to the Kingdom of Crystal and Vimmerby's Astrid Lindgren's World. In Oskarshamn you can enjoy sea bathing and the wider range of options. From here, ferry trips depart to Byxelkrok on Öland or the mythical Blue Virgin. There are also nice sea bathing on Oknö.
