Nice holiday cottage from 2008 with sea view and pier. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed, one has a family bunk bed. Cot is also available. In addition to the regular living room, there is also a built-in, heated garden room. Internal storage room for suitcases etc. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. Radio and satellite TV (Viasat). In front of the cottage you will find a large, beautiful terrace (70 m2). From the terrace, there are stairs to a plateau where you can enjoy the evening sun and a wonderful view over the sea. About 200 meters from the pier, you will find a floating pier with a mooring. On the pier, you can also enjoy the late summer evenings. 10 km from Lyngdal center, 6 km from Spangereid. In Spangereid, you will find a grocery store and a gas station. One attraction in the area is Lindesnes lighthouse, approx. 17 km away, the southernmost point of Norway and with a maritime museum. In Spangereid, you can eat at «Under», the world's only underwater restaurant. At Båly, you can rent boats, we also recommend a trip through the Spangereid Canal. The fishing village Korshavn is located approx. 20 km. away, here you can rent a boat to Sælør or take part in arranged fishing trips. “Sørlandsbadet” (swimming pools etc.) in Lyngdal is popular for families with children, and at Skrelia approx. 12 km from Lyngdal, you can enjoy great hiking trails. Kvåsfossen salmon center approx. 10 km from Lyngdal direction Snartemo is also worth a visit.

Very nice house, very nice interior, Unfortunately there are no German TV channels and no WiFi, P.S.: It worked without! You can rent a boat nearby, everything else is available, We were four adults and a dog, so there was enough space for everyone,

Sehr geräumig und gemütlich, perfekt für unser Familientreffen, Die Betten waren bequem, und die Waschmaschine war ein großer Vorteil, Der nahegelegene Pier ist großartig zum Angeln, und wir liebten es, die Umgebung zu erkunden,
Wat een juweel van een vakantiehuis! We waardeerden de aandacht voor detail en de netheid, De verwarmde tuinruimte was een geweldige bonus voor de koude avonden, De nabijgelegen stranden zijn mooi, vooral Rosfjordsanden Beach, Een perfecte plek voor een ontspannen vakantie,
Leuk vakantiehuis in het algemeen, Het was schoon en goed onderhouden, De bedden waren comfortabel, en we hadden genoeg ruimte voor iedereen, De nabijgelegen supermarkt in Spangereid was handig voor onze behoeften, Een solide keuze voor een gezinsuitje!
We hadden een geweldige tijd in dit vakantiehuis, De pier was perfect voor avonden samen, en ik hield van de verwarmde tuinruimte! Het voelde gezellig en uitnodigend, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden, zelfs een vaatwasser, wat het koken gemakkelijk maakte, Het enige nadeel was de WiFi - dat kon beter, Maar eerlijk gezegd, wie heeft dat nodig als je dat prachtige uitzicht hebt? Zou zeker terugkomen!
