Holiday home with a very beautiful location with panoramic views of the beach and the water, only approx. 100 m from the child-friendly beach in Sæby. The house is very spacious and brightly decorated with three good bedrooms divided into one with double elevation bed, one with 140cm wide double bed and one with 160 cm wide double bed. There is a kitchen in open connection to the dining area and the living room with wood burning stove, where there are large windows that provide plenty of light and views of the Kattegat. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace, which follows the house around. There are two bathrooms with underfloor heating, one of which has steps, one down to the room and an extra step down to the shower. On the house's lovely terraces there is always the possibility of shelter, sun or shade. There is a nice solarium. In addition, there is also an annex with its own entrance and a 140 cm double bed. With its unique location, this house is ideal for those who want relaxation, sun, beach and nature experiences during the holidays. Opportunities for amber hunting at the water's edge in the autumn. Not for rent to youth groups.
