Comfortable holiday home by the sea with magnificent views of Vesterålen's beautiful coastal landscape. Great starting point for day trips by car or bus around Vesterålen and Lofoten. Quiet, sunny and child-friendly area. Free internet with large capacity. The house was built in 1997 and has later been renovated. Pleasantly furnished, spacious living room and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds that can be combined into double beds. Free internet with large capacity, satellite TV and wood stove in the living room. Cot and highchair. The house is located below the mountain and has magnificent panoramic views towards Sortlandsundet and Langøya in the west, as well as Lofoten and Vesterålen's highest mountain Møysalen. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and midnight sun that can be seen on good weather days in spring and summer, a great experience. Eagles are constantly hovering over the roof, and there are a lot of moose in the area. In winter, it is great to observe the northern lights. The shipping lane passes by and the Hurtigruten passes daily. The area has a great hiking terrain with many hiking trails along the fjord and in the mountains. Good starting point for day trips by car or bus around Vesterålen and Lofoten. At Andenes, whale watching with boats out at sea is an exciting experience for the whole family; here the big whales can be experienced up close. Visit the many small fishing villages out on the west side of Langøya and Andøya, or drive an hour to the fishing village Nyksynd in Øksnes and to beautiful fishing villages in Bø in Vesterålen. Fishing has been a way of life for people for generations in the region. 10 km to the coastal town of Sortland which is Lofoten and Vesterålen's shopping center with many shops and restaurants. We hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad, vooral genoten van de lokale eetgelegenheden zoals Nordlys Pizzarestaurant, dat slechts een korte rit verderop was, Het huis had alles wat we nodig hadden, en de buitenruimte was perfect voor barbecues, Een onvergetelijke reis!
Deze plek overtrof onze verwachtingen! De uitzichten waren adembenemend en we hielden van de ontspannen sfeer, Het was de perfecte ontsnapping voor onze familie, en we hebben zelfs wat walvissen in de buurt kunnen spotten, We komen zeker terug!
We hadden een geweldige tijd in het vakantiehuis! Super gezellig en de woonkamer was echt groot, perfect om te ontspannen na een dag wandelen, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden, en de BBQ op het terras was een leuk detail, Late-night gesprekken met uitzicht op de zonsondergang? Onbetaalbaar,
Highly recommend this holiday home for anyone traveling with a group, It was spacious, well-furnished, and the kids loved the fitness equipment, The nearby hiking trails offered stunning views and were just a short drive away, A wonderful place to unwind!

A fantastic location for our trip! The northern lights were breathtaking, and we even spotted some eagles soaring above, The house was clean and had everything we needed, I’d suggest bringing your own linens and towels, but that’s a small trade-off for such a great experience,
