House 10 "Seegras"
Completed in 2022, the 130 m² thatched-roof holiday home "Seegras" is located in the holiday paradise of Haffdroom – nestled amidst meadows and forests – bordering a nature reserve and the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.
The holiday home offers a direct view of the Salzhaff lagoon and the Baltic Sea beyond.
The living area, with its fireplace, large open-plan kitchen, cherrywood table that extends up to three meters, comfortable sofa, and super comfortable armchair, provides ample space for 6-8 people.
The ground floor is designed for accessibility, with no steps, and features a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Also located on the ground floor is a four-person sauna, integrated into the bathroom with a large walk-in shower and offering direct access to the garden. Upstairs, there is another large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.10 m), as well as two further bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the other with two single beds (which can be joined to form one double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m)).
All rooms are equipped with insect screens and blackout curtains.
The holiday home offers free Wi-Fi in the living areas and LAN connections in other rooms.
In the summer months, the very large southwest-facing terrace with a large wooden table invites you to start your day outdoors. The over 650 m² property offers plenty of space for playing, running around, or simply relaxing in the sun.
The property is surrounded on three sides by a traditional Frisian wall planted with beach grass and roses, emphasizing the tasteful design of the entire Haffdroom.
The "Seegras" house offers parking for three cars and has a charging station for electric vehicles. A bicycle/garden shed provides storage for bicycles. as well as sports equipment.
Please note:
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and the use of fireworks (including New Year's Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.
The holiday home is not available for overnight stays by construction workers.
